Before you start: how we use your data

Please read this before you add your plot. It says what we collect and why.

Who we are

EO2DM runs Field Report (pilot), a pilot service. EO2DM decides how your data is used.

What we collect

Your mobile number, your plot's outline and location, your village, and the answers and notes you give. Never your Aadhaar, bank account or land record.

Why

To sign you in, find your plot in satellite images, make its report, and show you and your FPO what the images found.

Where it is kept

In India (Mumbai), for this pilot.

Who can see what

Your name and phone number stay with us. Your notes: you, and your FPO if you link your plot to it. A bank or insurer sees your plot's report only if you share it, and never your name, phone or notes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, take back an agreement at any time, and complain.

Grievance officer: to be named before the pilot starts. Until then, ask your FPO coordinator.
